Once you've run one, you've run them all. The facilitator guide gives you the exact script and timing for each part.
A short scene, question, or game that poses the problem and gets everyone curious.
The core idea, kept small and concrete. Primary uses a story or object; junior high uses a short discussion.
The heart of the lesson — a card game, debate, or hunt. This is where the thinking is practised.
Students write their own reasoning down. This is also your window into how each child is thinking.
The takeaway line, and a link forward to the next lesson. Skills are designed to compound.
The curriculum has not yet been pilot-tested at scale, so we recommend every new facilitator begins the same way: pick one class or club, give the pre-assessment, and teach Lessons 1–3 before deciding on a full run.
Lessons 1–3 stand on their own and include the AI-focused demo lesson. They are enough to see whether the format works for your students and your setting. Adjust pacing from what you observe — then continue.
The Resources page has a full pilot kit — a plan and checklist, a per-session observation form, a student feedback form, and a debrief template that turns what you saw into a concrete list of edits.
AI models change. A demo, a hallucination example, or a sample answer that worked last year may behave differently now. Any material that quotes real AI output must be re-generated and re-verified the same week you teach it. Treat such examples as templates, not fixed truth.
